This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through BODY FLEXOR and the BFX Stretch store operated by Body Flexor, LLC.
SECTION 1: SHIPPING AREA
At this time, we ship within the continental United States only.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses unless otherwise stated at checkout.
SECTION 2: ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after payment is successfully completed.
We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after your purchase is completed. When tracking information is available, it may be sent by email or through the shipping carrier.
SECTION 3: SHIPPING ADDRESS
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Body Flexor, LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Body Flexor, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
SECTION 5: DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES
