LIMITED WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty applies to BFX Stretch products purchased directly through BODY FLEXOR, the BFX Stretch store, or an authorized sales channel operated by Body Flexor, LLC.

This Limited Warranty is provided by Body Flexor, LLC and applies only to the original purchaser.

SECTION 1: LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

Body Flexor, LLC warrants that BFX Stretch will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use for 90 days from the date of delivery.

This Limited Warranty applies only when the product is used according to the instructions, warnings, and guidance provided by Body Flexor, LLC.

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Body Flexor, LLC may, at its discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

Repair of the defective part.

Replacement of the defective part.

Replacement of the product.

Store credit.

Refund of the original purchase price.

SECTION 2: WARRANTY PERIOD

The limited warranty period begins on the date your BFX Stretch product is delivered, based on the delivery records associated with your order.

Warranty claims must be submitted within the 90-day warranty period.

SECTION 3: WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal personal use.

Examples may include:

Defective stitching.

Defective buckles or straps.

Defective handles.

Manufacturing defects in pads, components, or covered parts.

Missing or defective components included with the original order.

SECTION 4: WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

Normal wear and tear.

Misuse or improper setup.

Failure to follow instructions or warnings.

Unauthorized modification or alteration.

Commercial, clinical, rental, or institutional use unless approved in writing.

Use outside the intended purpose of the product.

Damage caused by pets, children, weather, moisture, heat, chemicals, sharp objects, improper storage, or environmental conditions.

Accidents, neglect, abuse, or improper handling.

Cosmetic changes that do not affect product function.

Damage during return shipping caused by improper packaging.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resale platforms, or third-party marketplaces not approved by Body Flexor, LLC.

SECTION 5: HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Your name.

Your order number.

The email address used for the purchase.

A description of the issue.

Photos or videos showing the issue.

Photos of the product, packaging, or affected component when requested.

We may request additional information to review your claim.

Please do not send any product or component back unless Body Flexor, LLC provides written instructions.

SECTION 6: WARRANTY REVIEW PROCESS

After receiving your warranty claim, Body Flexor, LLC will review the information provided.

If the claim is approved, we may provide repair instructions, replacement parts, a replacement product, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

If the issue is not covered by this Limited Warranty, we may offer replacement parts or support at the customer’s expense when available.

SECTION 7: SHIPPING FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS

If a covered warranty claim is approved, Body Flexor, LLC may cover reasonable shipping costs for replacement parts or replacement products.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to claims that are incomplete, denied, outside the warranty period, or not covered by this Limited Warranty.

SECTION 8: ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of BFX Stretch.

This Limited Warranty is not transferable and does not apply to products purchased used, secondhand, through unauthorized resale, or from unapproved third-party sellers.

SECTION 9: LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty provided by Body Flexor, LLC for BFX Stretch unless otherwise required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Flexor, LLC disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

SECTION 10: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Flexor, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use, misuse, inability to use, defect, repair, or replacement of BFX Stretch.

The maximum liability of Body Flexor, LLC under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
